More gorgeous creations

WhatWeDreamt Here in Denmark Etsy isn't very known but I learned about it when I lived in Hawai'i for 3 months this fall. I fell in love with  instantly and a month ago I decided to open my own little shop here. It has been so much fun already - it's a great learning experience, it really boosts my creativity to have a potential "audience" for my creations and people on etsy are very supportive and social. My first plan for my shop was to sell my art here. I make mixed media artwork and sell prints of them here alongside with my original ACEOs. After a few days, however, I decided to list one of my paper owls, too - and it sold the same day! : ) I now have a mix of art prints, ACEOs and paper owls, flying paper elephants and cloud mobiles in my shop - it is perhaps a funny mix but it is very me! I hope you'll have a look at my art and meet my owls - this is my address: http://www.etsy.com/shop/ whatwedreamt ++++++++++++++ TESLA I've had t...

More Handmade Goodies

Here are some more crafters that you should check out! Ang's Divine Designs I started making earrings several years ago when I found out that my daughter could not wear anything that was not nickel free. Any time metal is in contact with her skin, she'll break out in a rash and itch. At the time she wanted to start wearing jewelry we couldn't really find much she could wear; so I started making earrings with nickel free hooks. When I started making jewelry I knew I found my creative outlet! I loved it! I started showing people I worked with what I had made and started getting requests. I have enjoyed it ever since. My goal has always been to create affordable, attractive earrings/jewelry. I try to get the best deals on my materials so I can keep my prices low. I can also convert most any of my earrings from wire hooks to nickel free or to posts or clips, so even if you don't have pierced ears you can still look stylish! And of course, custom orders are always...

Christine Pensa

After a successful career doing something very far removed from art - I decided it was time for a change. I took an art course and found my true passion was creating. I started painting in my kitchen - then my basement until I finally got a wonderful studio share space four years ago. It's been such a joy to have space to stretch out in. My work is a reflection of my own life. I have the struggles and triumphs like everyone has. My way of exploring and expressing them is by creating. The themes I work with are ones that resonate with me - the evolution of spirituality, the search for meaning, the practice of yoga - and especially women and their diverse manifestations of beauty. I am fascinated by the interaction between the written word and visual images - much of my work examines the energy that occurs when poetry and art connect - ART THAT MOVES. I also feel blessed to have worked extensively with children on large scale outdoor art projects. Bringing the joy and spontan...

Ahkriti

I’m Reshma, the creator behind Indian Inspired Ethnic Jewelry by AhKriti. AhKriti in Sanskrit means  “a beautiful form ” . I was born and raised in Bengaluru, India, but I now live in Mississauga, Canada. I have always loved to accessorise my dresses with chunky necklaces and when I got the chance to learn to bead, there has been no looking back. The AhKriti collection    is an explosion of vibrant colors - they are bold and confident just like the women who are drawn to wearing my ethnic creations. The fusion of Indian with western designs, the mix of silver and pewter with gemstones    make the AhKriti collection very exotic.    I like keeping my jewelry affordable and I also think that the wearer should feel special by accessorising that elegant blouse for a fabulous look in a jiffy. The Indian Inspired Ethnic Jewelry by AhKriti can be purchased at www.etsy.com/shop/ahkriti  and  www.icraft.ca/ahkriti Connect with me on Facebook:  ...
